Delivery information

Dispatch times

Our jewellery is handmade, so dispatch times can vary. Most collection items are in stock and are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days of your order being placed. We will contact you if there are any delays.

If we send you a ring sizer before making your order, this can extend the dispatch timeframe. We will discuss the timings with you.

Bespoke orders

Custom orders are usually delivered within 6 weeks of ordering, although some pieces can take longer because of the bespoke making process. We will confirm the expected timescale during your consultation. If you have a particular date in mind, please let us know so we can discuss what is possible.

UK delivery

UK postage is free. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

International delivery

Orders outside the UK are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery times depend on the destination and are longer than domestic delivery times.

Import taxes and customs charges

International orders: import taxes, customs duties and carrier handling fees are not included and may be payable by the recipient before delivery.

Customs clearance can delay international deliveries. If tracking shows that your parcel is being held by customs, please contact your local customs office for information.

Tracking and delivery enquiries

Tracking information is available for orders. If your parcel is delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number so we can look into it.
