These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you, whether these are goods, services or digital content. Please read the terms carefully before you submit your order to us.
All goods are hand made. This means the images on the website will not be the exact product that you receive. There may be some slight differences in the products you receive due to the hand made process. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
All products are listed with approximate weight and dimensions, please take note of these before you order. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, because our products are handmade, all sizes, weights, dimensions and measurements may vary slightly.
The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.
We aim to deliver all products at the correct size so (where necessary) please confirm your size before ordering. You can measure the size of your finger at most local jewellery outlets, or a ring sizer can be sent out to you before your order is made. Please contact us if you require a ring sizer. If we are making the product to measurements you have given us, you are responsible for ensuring that these measurements are correct.
If you would like your order to be resized after the initial sizing this will incur a charge of £25-£40 + Postage. Please get in touch for a quote. Some larger rings are not available in smaller sizes and some small rings may not be resized in the larger sizes.
For all repair inquiries, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, description, photo of the damage or area which needs repairing, and proof of purchase.
If we can repair your piece, we will send you shipping instructions along with any charges that may apply. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. Repairs take 4-6 weeks to complete. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges.
Delivery and lost orders
As our items are all handmade, delivery times may vary. Most collection items will be in stock and will be posted shortly after the order is placed (usually withing 2-4 working days). Delivery time will depend on where you are in the world, with international shipping taking longer than domestic shipping. You will be contacted if there are any delays to the delivery of your purchase.
If a ring sizer is dispatched this may cause further delays to the dispatch of your order. We will communicate any delivery timeframes with you during your purchase. If you are unsure of your delivery timeframe or would like more information, please email email@example.com.
Custom orders will usually be delivered within 6 weeks of ordering but in some cases, can take longer. This is due to the bespoke manufacturing processes used. We will confirm delivery times for custom orders during the consultation. Please let us know if you have a preferred delivery date in mind, we will aim to meet this but we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible.
All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and all orders outside the UK will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. UK postage is completely free, there is a charge for worldwide shipping.
We are unable to accept any liability once the order has been dispatched. Tracking numbers are available and any compensation claims may be raised with the courier. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post.
We are not responsible for any customs charges or duty imposed by customs. We are also not responsible and can not predict any further delays caused by customs. This can take up to 6 weeks to clear but tracking will be provided and we advise contacting your local customs office if the order is delayed.
Returns and refunds
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for all returns and exchanges with the subject of your e-mail as Return or Exchange with your order number. Do not post returns or exchanges before contacting us by email first.
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery (exceptions / non-returnable items not included), you will have a further 14 days to post the order back to us. Customers must cover the cost of postage for returning items. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges.
